This is a restaurant-quality dish that takes little time to prepare and can be made using either shrimps or scallops or 1 pound of both! You can use spaghetti in place of the fettuccine if desired. You can also increase the amount of shrimp or scallops. Serve this with garlic bread, recipe#105726 or #152138...sooooooo good!
This is a quiche that is so easy and quick. I make it everytime I have company overnight or for lunch. You can substitute most any meat, ie chicken breast or pastrami or sausage. Also you can use spinach instead of broccoli. I have also added chopped tomatoes, but you need to cook a little longer if you do. I like to serve with crusty bread and a salad. My company always love this and ask for the recipe. Enjoy!
Fresh veggies team up with lots of delicious stuff: hearty black beans, succulent chicken, whole wheat tortillas and melty cheese. Because eating right shouldn't be boring.
Hearty south-of-the-border ingredients, including savory beans and salsa, join with fresh spinach, tomato and green onion for 7 layers of crowd-pleasing salad.
A real kid pleaser. Best made with fresh potatoes, as opposed to instant, with a stiff potato consistency. I just boil a few potatoes and smash them with a fork.
Tower, pile or stack...no matter what you call layers of egg, cheese, tortilla and fresh tomato, you gotta also call it one of the best brunch recipes ever.
