1/3 cup chopped carrot, halve the carrot then chop
2 teaspoons finely chopped sage
1 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic
3/4 teaspoon chopped thyme
1/2 teaspoon salt + pepper
1, 14oz block firm tofu, drained and patted dry
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 / 8-1/4 teaspoon turmeric, optional for color
