8 oz penne pasta or any short-cut pasta
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 large carrots, diced
4 cloves of garlic, minced
1 red bell pepper, diced
1/2 lb sugar snap peas, cut in half or thirds
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
salt and pepper
1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
