Ingredients

1 Tablespoon olive oil (I skipped this)
1/4 pound mild Italian pork sausage
4 ounces elbow macaroni
5 ounces Fontina, cut into 1/4 inch cubes
2 ounces Gruyere, cut into 1/4 inch cubes (mine was already shredded so I used that)
3 scallions, diced (didn't have any. I used 3 Tablespoons finely chopped onion)
1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary
1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
1 teaspoon chopped fresh sage (didn't have any. Must plant sage next Spring)
1 cup heavy cream
