1 can of pineapple rings in 100% juice
3/4 cup pineapple juice from the can of rings
1/3 cup organic tamari
1/3 cup coconut sugar*
2 Tablespoons ketchup*
1 Tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
3 cups cooked chickpeas, or 2 (15oz) cans
1/2 cup walnuts
1/2 cup corn, rounded
