2 (8oz.) packages cream cheese (you can substitute 1 cup sour cream or plain yogurt for one of the packages of cream cheese) 1 large cucumber, peeled and diced 5-6 green onions, sliced 2 TBSP mayo (I recommend homemade – here is a great recipe!) 1 tsp garlic salt (I used 1/2 tsp garlic powder and 1/2 tsp sea salt to control the quality of the salt) 1 TBSP dill (or a mix of your favorite herbs)
