21 extra thin corn tortillas I use Mission brand 1 lb cooked & shredded chicken breast 16 oz can fat free refried beans , I use La Preferda or Trader Joes 1/2 cup non fat greek yogurt 3/4 cup reduced fat shredded mexican cheese 1/2 packet low sodium taco seasoning (or about 2 tbs of homemade seasoning) 1/2 cup salsa 1/2 cup fresh cilantro chopped 1 onion chopped Toppings of choice such as lettuce cabbage, carrots, onions, tomatoes, and / or cilantro (optional)
