1/2 teaspoon of sea salt
1/4 teaspoon of baking soda
4 eggs
1/3 cup of oil (your choice; I use coconut oil – melt it and add to the batter)
1/2 cup of honey (or other sweetener)
1 tablespoon of vanilla
1 tablespoon of poppy seeds
1 tablespoon of lemon zest (about one medium-size organic lemon, finely ground zest – I use the fine portion of a box grater)
