1 cup warm water (110-115 degrees F.)
1/2 cup oil, melted butter or melted coconut oil
4 Tablespoons brown sugar or raw sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 cup whole-wheat flour
1 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons dry yeast (It’s much less expensive if you get this in bulk from Sam’s Club or Costco.)
2 teaspoons cinnamon (You can also do a cinnamon / sugar mixture.)
1 to 1 1/2 Tablespoons honey
