2 tbsps of cooking oil
salt as per taste
few sprigs of cilantro / parsley, roughly chopped
1 small onion, cubed
3-4 green chillies, chopped
1 tbs ginger, roughly chopped
1-2 cloves of garlic, crushed
1 tbs lemon juice
1/4 cup of cilantro / green coriander
