Grilled Teriyaki Chicken

3 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
3⁄4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
3⁄4 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
3 T Worcestershire sauce
3 T cup dried onion flakes
3 T olive oil
3 T white vinegar
1 T garlic powder

- In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, water, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, onion flakes, olive oil, vinegar and garlic powder. Stir together until the sugar dissolves. Add chicken breasts; cover, and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
- Preheat grill to medium-heat. Using tongs, place chicken breasts onto the grill. Cover, and cook 5-7 minutes.
- Turn breasts over, and grill 5-7 minutes longer or until a thermometer reads 165°F.
