Ingredients
6 sweet potatoes, cut into thin strips
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Place all ingredients in a plastic bag, and toss well to coat. Spread the fries in one layer on a foiled, greased cookie sheet.
3. Bake for 20 minutes. Flip fries with a thin spatula. Increase heat to 425°F and bake for another 20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
