1 T olive oil
1 pkg smoked sausage, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can chicken broth
2 cans cannellini beans
1 can petite diced tomatoes
1 (16-oz) pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add sausage; cook 4 minutes per side or until browned.

Add garlic; cook 30 seconds.

Stir in broth, beans, tomatoes, and seasoning; bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes.

Stir in spinach, and cook until thoroughly heated.
Serve over rice.
