3-lb pork roast
1 jar of green salsa

Place roast in the crock pot, cover with salsa, and cook on low for 8-10 hours. 5-6 hours into cooking time, remove roast, shred and return to crock pot.

Serve with fried corn tortillas, cheese, sour cream, and avocado.
