Ingredients 
1 lb ground beef
1 can black beans, drained
6 tortillas -- fajita size
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 pkg taco seasoning
Toppings of choice: sour cream, avocado, salsa, olives, etc.

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400.
2. Lay tortillas out on a cookie sheet. Lightly score to prevent bubbling.
3. Bake tortillas for about 6 minutes or until they begin to brown.
4. Cook and drain beef. Add taco seasoning and water according to package directions.
5. Layer beef, beans, and cheese on the tortillas. Bake for 8 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
6. Add toppings of choice.

Ready in: 30 minutes
