Ingredients
1 pound lean ground beef
1 pound ground turkey
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 (1 ounce) package dry onion soup mix
1/3 cup flax seed 
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup frozen peas
2 eggs slightly beaten
2 tablespoons steak sauce or Worcestershire sauce
Directions
	- 
		Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). 
- 
		Whisk the eggs and eggs together in a small bowl.
- 
		Stir the rest of the ingredients together until well combined. Mix the eggs into the meat. If the mixture seems too dry, add a little water. 
- 
		Form two loaves on a broiler pan or a cooling rack stacked in a jelly roll pan. This will let the grease drip off, and also lets the outside get browned all over.
- 
		Bake in preheated oven until the meatloaf reaches 160 degrees F (71 degrees C) and is no longer pink in the center, 35 to 50 minutes.
