Ingredients
2 lb bacon
8 cloves garlic
1/2 cup butter
2 tsp salt
1 small bag frozen peas
2 lb bowtie pasta
Steps
Chop bacon. Cook on saute function in Instant Pot. Drain, leaving a tablespoon of bacon fat.
Saute garlic in bacon fat.
Melt butter. Deglaze the pan with a bit of water, making sure there is nothing stuck (to avoid the "burn" error on your instant pot).
Add peas, salt, and pasta (in that order). Add water to just barely cover the pasta. DO NOT STIR.
Cook on high pressure for one half the time the package instructs. Quick release.
Stir in parmesan and cooked bacon.
