Hot Ham and Cheese Sandwiches

Ingredients
Leftover ham
4 Kaiser rolls
8 slices Swiss cheese
Spicy mustard (optional)
Butter

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Spread butter on inside of buns and grill them on a hot pan for 1-2 minutes, until brown.
  3. Layer ham, cheese (2 per sandwich), and mustard on buns and place in oven for about 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
Yield: 4 sandwiches
