Ingredients
1 pkg egg noodles
3 T butter
1 T olive oil
1 lb green beans, trimmed
1/2 c thinly sliced shallots
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Directions
Cook noodles according to package directions.
Drain and toss with butter.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add beans and shallots; cook 5 minutes or until beans are crisp-tender.
Add salt and pepper.
Cook 2 minutes, tossing to combine.
