Ingredients
1 lb bulk pork breakfast sausage
1 lb ground beef
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 medium green bell pepper, diced
1 large onion, diced
2 stalk(s) celery, chopped fine
2 c converted long-grain rice
1 bunch green onions, sliced thin
3 clove garlic, minced
1 cup beef broth
1 cup chicken broth
2 tsp Cajun seasoning, or to taste
1/2 tsp sage
2-3 bay leaves
Fresh parsley
salt, black & cayenne pepper to taste
Directions

In pressure cooker on "meat" or "saute" setting, saute onion, bell pepper, and celery in butter until starting to soften.

Add the sausage and ground beef and cook until browned. Add garlic, sage, and Cajun seasoning.

Deglaze the pan with broth, and stir in the rice and bay leaves.

Close and lock the lid of the pressure cooker. Be sure the vent is closed!

Turn on rice setting for 4 minutes. Allow 5 minutes of natural pressure release before quick release.

Unlock lid and stir in parsley. Salt and pepper to taste.
