Bacon & Egg Sandwiches

Ingredients
makes 8 sandwiches
12 pieces of bacon
12 eggs
butter
16 pieces of bread
Cheese (optional)
Directions

Line a baking sheet with foil. Arrange the bacon in a single layer. Place in the oven, and turn to 450. Set the timer for 20 minutes. The bacon is done when it's turning dark on the edges, and the fat looks crisp, not soft.

Prep eggs and scramble them while making toast.

Butter the toast. Assemble the sandwiches!
