Ingredients
1/2 cup coconut aminos or soy sauce for non Paleo/Whole30
4 tablespoons rice vinegar
4 tablespoons olive or avocado oil
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 teaspoons minced garlic
2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
6 large pitted Medjool dates, soaked in very hot water
Directions

Soak dates in very hot water for 5 minutes. Remove and combine with all remaining ingredients in a blender or food processor. Process until dates are finely ground and dressing is a creamy texture.

Store in air tight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
