Annie's Meatloaf

I left my MIL's instructions as is :-)

Ingredients
2 lbs hamburger
1 lb ground pork
1 c ketchup
4 tbsp Lawrys seasoned salt
4 tbsp steak sauce
2 c finely crushed saltine crackers
2 c frozen peas raw
2 big onions very finely diced ( don't even bother making this thing if you don't have enough onion)

Directions
  1. Mix all this stuff together in a big bowl.
  2. Now plop it all off on a rack and mold into a meatloaf thing. Don't get it over 2" thick, it'll never get done. Now "ice" the thing with your ketchup squirter by squirting alll over it until the whole top is completely covered with a nice layer of ketchup .
  3. Now bake the thing for at least an hour at 400 until it's done . The top should be browned too.

Note: This is a large recipe so you could freeze half of this uncooked for a later dinner.
