Chicken Skillet

2 chicken breasts or 4 chicken tenders
1 Tbsp Chili Powder
1 Tbsp oil
1 (15 oz) can black beans, rinsed
1 (15 oz) can corn, rinsed
1/2 cup salsa
1 cup water
2 cups cooked rice

Sprinkle chili powder on each side of chicken, if using chicken breasts cut in half. In a pan over medium heat cook chicken 8-10 minutes or cooked through (juice runs clear and internal temp of 165°F.) Remove from pan.
Place 1 cup water in the pan and the salsa. Add beans and corn. Cook until heated through - about 5 minutes.
Top rice with black bean mixture and chicken.
