1 pork loin roast (2-3 lbs)
2 cups Roasted Salsa Verde
(or a 16 oz jar of store bought Salsa Verde)
Place Pork loin roast in slow cooker, cover with Roasted Salsa Verde. Cook on low for 8-10 hours. Remove from slow cooker, shred. Serve with some of the cooking juices from the slow cooker.
