Five Cheese Stuffed Shells
Pasta, American
20 large pasta shells, cooked according to package directions
1/3 cup Parmesan Cheese
1/3 cup Asiago Cheese (or use Parmesan)
1/2 cup Ricotta Cheese
1/2 cup Cottage Cheese
1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, grated
1/8 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
2 eggs
2 cups tomato-based sauce (ie spaghetti)
1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese

In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients together except the shells. Spoon about 2 Tbsp filling cheese mixture into each shell. Place stuffed shells into baking dish. Top with sauce and cheese.
Bake for 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees.
