Bacon Couscous
Pasta, American
1 green bell pepper, diced
1/2 onion, diced
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
3 cups cooked couscous
1/2 lb bacon, diced and cooked
2 tsp fresh parsley, chopped

In a saucepan over medium heat saute bell pepper and onion in olive oil until tender. Combine cooked couscous, bacon, bell pepper, onion and parsley in bowl. Toss to combine. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve warm.
