Gluten Free Cookie Crust
1 3/4 c. gluten free cookie crumbs (gingersnap)
1/4 c. melted butter (coconut oil)

Pulse cookies in food processor until fine crumbs. Add in melted butter, pulse to combine. Place mixture into pie plate. With a spoon, or measuring cup, firmly press the crumbs up the sides of pie plate. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Let cool. Fill as desired.
