Canadian Bacon Eggs

6 eggs
6 slices Canadian Bacon
salt and pepper to taste
Muffin tin

Place one slice of Canadian Bacon in each muffin holder in the tin. Crack an egg open into a separate dish (to make sure there are no shells) and then transfer into the Canadian Bacon. Repeat with remaining eggs.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes. Remove from pan and serve immediately. These would also be good in a breakfast sandwich!
