1 Can Cream Corn
1 Can Whole Corn, Drained
1 Stick of Melted Butter
1 Box of Corn Bread Mix
1 8oz Container of Sour Cream
Salt & Pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease casserole dish. In a mixing bowl, combine cream corn and corn together. In a separate bowl, scramble the eggs, then stir eggs in to the corn mixture. Stir in the melted butter. Next, stir in the box of corn bread mix and blend well. Finally, add sour cream and salt and pepper. Stir until mixture is smooth. Pour into the greased casserole dish.
Bake uncovered for approximately 45-55 minutes. Test the casserole for solidness but poking it with a knife until it comes out clean.
