Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 teas baking soda
1 cup natural peanut butter
1 egg

-Preaheat the oven to 350.
-In a medium sized mixing bowl, combine brown sugar and baking soda.
-Add peanut butter and egg, mix thoroughly.
-Drop by rounded teaspoon onto parchment lined baking sheet (I use a stoneware pan). Or lightly grease an aluminum pan. Flatten slightly with a fork.
-Bake for 10-12 minutes. Depending on the pan you use, cooking time will vary. They should be light brown around the edges and puffed up slightly.
-Let them cool on the pan for one or two minutes before removing to a cooling rack. This is important! or they will just fall apart! Once they are cooled, they will not crumble.
