Fat Stripping Frappa

Blend:
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup water
1 heaping tbs cocoa powder
1/2 tsp glucomannan powder
2 pinches sea salt
2 level scoops Kal stevia powder
1 tsp vanilla


Blend well, then add 22 cubes of ice. Blend on high until ice is all processed.

Add:
1 scoop whey protein

Blend until desired consistency.

Variations:

Coffee frappe: Replace 1/2 cup water with 1/2 cup chilled, strong coffee.

Peanut Butter Chocolate: Use 1/2 heaping tablespoon cocoa and 1/2 heaping tablespoon defatted peanut flour.

Pumpkin Spice: Use 3/4 cup each of water and almond milk. Replace the cocoa with 2 heaping tbs pure pumpkin puree and 1/2 tbs pumpkin pie spice. Only use about 12 ice cubes.

Strawberry: Omit the cocoa. Only use half the ice cubes and add 1 handful frozen strawberries.
