Juggling Muffins

This is a basic muffin recipe. When you want to have fun in the kitchen, grab this recipe and do some experimenting by adding things into the basic muffin mixture. Some of our favorites are blueberries, dark chocolate chips and cranberries.

Ingredients:

3/4 Cup Milk
1/2 Cup Coconut Oil melted or Applesauce
1 Egg
2C Whole Wheat Flour
1/4 Cup Honey
3 tsp Salt

Directions:

1. Heat oven to 400 degress.
2. Grease your muffin tin.
3. Mix milk, oil/applesauce, and egg in bowl. Add flour, honey , baking power and salt. Do not overstir.
4. Fill muffin cups 3/4 full.
5. Bake 15-20 minutes.
6. Enjoy warm with butter. Melts in your mouth.
